I found Pauline, our funeral arranger to be very proactive, constantly in contact via email and at the end of the phone whenever needed. She showed care and compassion in all her dealings with our family. Jamie the Funeral Director was also excellent on the day of the funeral.

My mum passed away suddenly and I had no idea what to do in relation to the funeral. My siblings were scattered all over the world with me having to organise everything in Scotland. Pauline and Robert from Co-op Funeralcare, Bathgate were fantastic and explained everything and were so patient and understanding. The day went perfectly.

The coop with Robert and his team made a difficult time very easy to understand and the support through all the stages was of great comfort to the family. My father passed away whilst I was abroad but the coop helped me to navigate this obstacle and help and supported me. The service that the coop provided would have made my Dad proud. Pauline was the first person I met when my Sister died in July 21, her approach to grieving clients is comfortable professionalism.   You know that what you have requested will be actioned and the funeral service will run like clockwork, my  Brother sadly passed in January this year and Pauline was there to offer the same dependable actions, when Pauline was on holiday  Robert was there to offer the same professionalism. 
On the day of my brother’s funeral Jaimie was there to guide us at the crematorium. The whole team at Bathgate are an absolute joy to have at a time in all our lives when death visits. Thank you

All went really well on the day however family were upset that notification of my dads death was released to local newspaper and publish online ahead of family signing it off. Notice was publish with incorrect information causing distress
