I would just like to say that having Nicole handle our mums funeral helped us immensely. She was friendly and personal and knew how to handle varied emotions from myself and my brothers. Along with Ian we were more than happy with the way they conducted the funeral. I will pass this to my brothers to comment too.

The staff at Dumbarton Co-op Funeralcare are professional and respectful, but with a friendly and caring attitude. They really took care of everything we needed, which helped greatly with stress relief at a very difficult time.

I cannot praise the team at Dumbarton highly enough for their care of my father and my family at such a sad time in our lives. Every detail was taken care of from flowers to celebrant and regularly checked with us to ensure we had no concerns.

Was efficient sensitive service. Gave helpful suggestions and was available by email and phone and responded promptly. Was available for any amendments for Order of Service and photographs and Obituary, etc. Took the majority of worry and stress out of planning as my father had pre-paid for his funeral. Even got a refund for services that were no longer chargeable. Would recommend.
