Had to chase several times for different things.
On occasions the office was closed with no notification on the front door as to when it would be open.
Not impressed with the experience of using the Co op funeral care services.

We were very impressed with the way Jayne Tilling the funeral arranger went through everything with us to help us arrange the funeral the way we wanted for Maureen.
      The sympathy and understanding as she explained every detail to us, we were kept informed all the time of everything that had been arranged.

 The celebrant Jayne was also excellent coming to see me and discussing everything that would take place on the day of the funeral,

On the day of the funeral the funeral director arrived at the time that was stated and everything was carried out with dignity and understanding and kindness shown to all the mourners not just to the family.

We had an initial hiccup when we first contacted and spoke to someone centrally who was a bit difficult to understand. once we spoke to Jayne in the office everything became clearer and we were very much helped to put arrangements in place.

Our initial appointment went well , then we were left waiting for a date for a few days, we then got a call saying the person who had originally dealt with us had gone off sick and left no note for anyone to contact us, thank goodness Jayne noticed a date hadnt been organised , Jayne had to go through everything with me again and from that point everything went well , Jayne kept me updated on everything and was very helpful and professional , the only thing I guess I wasn’t happy with was we were asked if we wanted mum embalmed and we said yes as my brother wanted to see her again, but he didn’t tell us mum had been in fridge for 3 weeks already at this point and even after embalming she might not be viewable  which is something Jayne mentioned to us , she said she would let us know if mum was viewable when she was ready as she might be to far gone , my brother decided not to risk seeing her just in case , so we paid £125 to have her embalmed , had he told us this at deposit point we might have decided not to have it done , that wasn’t jaynes fault cos Jaynes service was wonderful and I would recommend John Taylor’s  if asked ,

The day was beautiful, Angela the director and Jayne the celebrant were amazing... however, one or two of the family were not happy with the lack of communication relating to the viewing and ability to say goodbye to Steve prior to the funeral.

There should have been provision made to have Steve collected and for family members to come to either Warwick or Leamington as soon as papers were signed. They feel the statement that the refrigeration was not good enough at Warwick was poor from a funeral provider... and the missed chance to say goodbye can never be given back to them... its gone forever, and they are very dissatisfied.

Again John Taylor were amazing on looking after us with the arrangements for Das funeral . As it was only 7 months after my Mum’s it was ver hard and raw. Jayne was brilliant and very understanding but very efficient and Angela was truly wonderful. I would certainly recommend you to everyone

There were some communication problems with details from the Warwick Office not being noted by the Leamington Spa Office before the funeral. Most things were rectified on the day.
The Funeral Director managed the guests extremely well considering the larger than expected numbers and considering the dreadful weather.
