From the moment we arrived at the funeral parlour we were treated with respect and compassion. Paul could not have been more supportive at this very sad time for myself and my family. All our questions were answered and we were put at our ease. Every detail, all those things we may not have thought about were discussed with us and dealt with. It was very important to us that we felt comfortable with who we were entrusting mum to. Paul enabled us to place her in his care with confidence which was a great relief and enabled us to cope with the weeks before the funeral. On the day of the funeral Paul and his team again handled everything with compassion and respect towards the whole family. This incredible sad and difficult time was made easier to handle thanks to Paul and the team at the Co-op funeral service. We cannot thank them enough.

Julie handled my partners funeral she was very professional and made a painful time easier by making the arrangements so professionaly every thing went really smoothly on the day and to perfect timing our chauffeur Paul was brilliant so attentive my sister and myself are disabled ,helping us in and out of the car all in all they went the extra mile I would recommend them without hesitation on such a sad day they offered such a professional service and comfort very accommodating to the wishes for the deceased
