I was pleased with the way every detail was told to us, we were "kept in the loop" at all times. Nothing was too much trouble for them at all. My family has used the Co-op funeral service since at least 1958, shows how good they are, we keep coming back ! We were/are very happy with the services provided. We will keep using the Co-op funeral care as they are our number 1, we would never go anywhere else.

Everyone at The Co-operative Funeralcare Rugby were very considerate to my sister and I when we arranged our late mother's funeral.  Furthermore the attendants at her funeral/celebration of her life were very attentive to ourselves and our family and very respectful to the coffin containing our dearly beloved mother.

Marcus was so sensitive to our needs & fulfilling all of the things we wanted for the funeral.
He was great when we sent the wrong USB stick & professional through & through.
