A superb service from beginning to end. Rachael was respectful and efficient from the outset so many thanks especially to her. Mark phoned me the night before to go through the day which I really appreciated as sometimes email is just not enough. Mark and Graham were great on the day so many thanks to them too. Buying a funeral package was such a great idea and it really took the stress out of the organisation at the most difficult time of your life. The flowers were stunning. I will never forget the smell of those lilies...
All in all, I could not have asked for more. In the worst of circumstances, it was the best of days...

My husbands funeral was one of the happiest days of this whole dreadful situation. The staff treated everyone with great respect and were clear with the instructions meaning nothing went wrong. The service itself was lovely, sad obviously but it was exactly as I wanted it and I am sure my husband would have been happy with it also. All our guests said that the service and everything was really lovely and it helped not just me to say goodbye,but all of his friends and family. I would certainly recommend your service to anyone who needs it and end with saying a big thank you to all of the staff there.

A very professional organisation of all aspects of the funeral carried out in in a caring and compassionate manner. The day of the funeral was especially well organised with the funeral director on the day explaining what was to happen and then he carried out that plan exactly. Most impressed.
Would strongly recommend to others requiring funeral arrangements.

Kim was very helpful and kind in arranging the funeral for my late father. The coffin that we had was beautiful, Dad would have loved it. There were updates consistently about things and I was able to change my mind about some aspects of the funeral easily. Kim didn't seem to mind when I sang songs on the phone to her!! On the day Julie and her team were great. She phoned in the morning to let me know exactly what time she would be there and to run through things with me. When she arrived and throughout the ceremonies she directed us really well. Could not fault them at all (they arranged Mum's funeral 13 years ago and they were great then as well).
