The arrangements went according to plan but I was disappointed with some aspects of the funeral director’s service. For example, we had to wait 10 days before a family member was able to visit the deceased to say their goodbye. There was also more of a focus on payment and the heatwave than compassion for family members at a very sensitive time. I would not use this company again.

A friendly but highly professional service. Good attention to detail and excellent communication throughout.

I was not entirely happy with the celebrant but he is independent of Taylors. I have told them about this and have no doubt they will take note.

Direct telephone number wasn’t supplied so when there were problems with the death certificate and then delays with the scheduling of the cremation due to an incorrect form it was difficult to contact them. Polite but disappointed with quality of the service.

Maddie looked after us right from the first phone call. I really can’t thank her enough. The day before the service Angela called, talked us through the day and then on the day itself made everything run smoothly and with great compassion. Thank you both.
