I've got an on going complaint where nothing has been done, its cost me a lot of money in phone calls as elli at taylors leamington spa was very unprofessional in many ways, Mr Mcdonald was excellent but the stress lies before hand is not acceptable, also tom from manchester promised me he would follow this up but never did, i will be calling again to speak with someone once i feel closer to being normal after my loss, Also I’ve tried to make contact to escalate this complaint and I’m being fobbed off

Very supportive, helpful and compassionate. Sharon was very professional on the day of the funeral and gave full support to myself and my family. Rose was very good at maintaining dialogue and ensuring we were kept updated at all times. Kevan did an excellent job of preparing my husband for viewings from family members. JTFS showed a complete lack of empathy from day one. Once the deposit was paid, communication was very limited and three weeks later when the hospital chased me to query progress it became apparent my mother had not been collected from the hospital. JTFS tried blaming “being busy”, “absenteeism” and a missing form for this delay, after checking with the hospital it became clear the required form was supplied within three days of death. The delay meant nobody could visit to see my mother. 
We’ve always previously used JTFS but never again. They are now part of Co-op, I’ve lodged a complaint with Co-op but they seem rather lacking, they were unable to supply a complaint reference, unable to assist due to “tight timescales” and two weeks on I’ve heard nothing from them. Needless to say JTFS have since issued the invoice, it seems money is one thing they are good at managing. 
Fortunately the funeral day itself went to plan (though the day before the funeral JTFS advised they could not provide bearers) but the process has been a complete nightmare causing far too much stress.

Negatives were getting dates wrong in newspaper notice of the death and not locating a personal item when it was on premises all the time and blame 
Put on nursing home.
Otherwise very happy with service and especially order of service creative work

Disappointed on 3 counts. Bad Advice on number of Order of Service needed. The music at the Crematorium was wrong. The air conditioning in our car not working so all windows were opened as it was an extremely hot day so we were buffeted by the wind so the ladies arrived disheveled.
