I was organising from a distance and was very pleased with the straightforward and helpful approach of staff. Their caring attitude was again seen on the day. I asked that the flowers be chosen by staff and was delighted by their choice. I have no hesitation in recommending the Co-op Funeralcare Kenilworth.

Diana has been there for us all the way through I've cried , screamed and shouted and she has understood my pain . It's the hardest thing in life you have to do so to have Diana and Amanda there to help you along the way has been lovely. They are a true credit to co op

Excellent service from start to finish. Our funeral co-ordinator was professional throughout whilst being there for the family, offering support as and when needed.  We would highly recommend using Co-Op.

The ladies at the Kenilworth branch were absolutely fantastic, they helped us arrange the perfect funeral for my late father. The customer service was the best I've ever received, anywhere. Diane was both professional and personal, incredibly sympathetic and supportive, whilst managing every aspect of the arrangements perfectly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

To be honest, I'd expected to do much more myself for the funeral preparations, so I was bracing myself for all the 'extra' jobs ahead...What a wonderful surprise I had when I realised that Co-op Funeral care took care of everything! Brilliant, caring service. Fully recommend them!

I cannot thank both Diane and Amanda for their care and total professionalism shown to us at the time of my Mother's death. They were supportive, knowledgeable and always available to discuss next steps and make relevant suggestions that enabled us to give Mum a really good send off, celebrating her long life.
