Despite a rocky start at the first meeting with someone who was slightly rushed and not quite as sensitive and focussed as we'd expected, they really pulled out the stops to look after us and make sure we were updated etc.

I know that things are very difficult for everyone at the moment but they made organising a funeral as stressful as it could be and more. They are brave to ask me for a review. Enough said! 
The Co op were however very good at contacting us with marketing their other services ( entirely inappropriate under the circumstances)

Everything Steven provided e.g cars, flowers, service booklets were of the highest standard and made an enormous difference to the manner in which we said goodbye to our Dad/husband. From the beginning Lisa and Steve held our hands and gentle lead through every thing that we had to do. On the day Cindy's willow weave coffin with Cottage Garden Garland and Cottage Garden Spray was beautiful and befitting of Cindy. Steve guided us on the day which made so much less stressful and enjoyable.

Where as the actual day of my fathers funeral went without a hitch the organisation and treatment of my father prior to that was degrading to him, caused myself and my family Untold stress and deprived us of the opportunity to Say a final goodbye to him. I would not recommend this company to Anyone.
