From the start when I took my dad in to arrange the funeral Abi was wonderful she took dad through it all and made all the arrangements for him she kept in constant touch with us and help ever way she could service etc
The day dad went in to see mom abi was by his side all the way 
The day of the funeral all of the staff was out of this world the driver of the limousine could not have done more for dad

Ifor from John Taylor Funeral Services provided very clear guidance as to the process and options available in what was a difficult time, and was very patient and responded quickly to any communication (whether email or phone).

He was able to get a service date within the timeframe required and given what we wanted to include in the service suggested getting a double slot - which worked very well and we weren't originally aware this was possible so were grateful for the extra time we had to say goodbye.

Although our first choice coffin type was not available, he was able to get a suitable alternative in time.

On the day, we received many positive comments about the service, which was given by the celebrant Elise, who I would also highly recommend.

We were dealt with in a very professional & sympathetic way, nothing was too much trouble and we were even allowed to visit Mum on the day of the funeral. You could tell how much Mum had been treated with respect & kindness

We were asked to go back to our car and was spoken to through the car window at first !!. When the lady realised we were requesting a Pure Cremation it was then we were asked to go inside.I was not asked permission to use my Christian name. My husbands name was mentioned incorrectly twice !.Also was asked more than once for his D.O.B even though it was written down.  . Web site did not say we needed to book an appointment. As it is a local Funeral Director we just ' turned up ' .  Car Park was icy and slippy .  Professional appearance of the lady we saw was not good . The whole experience was not very good and I would NOT recommend John Taylors.

From the minute we called- we felt all care and attention was given to our beloved mum. Every person we saw was compassionate and empathetic. A difficult time was made much easier by their care.

Ifer was so professional and thoughtful in the initial interview and followed up on all our afterthoughts . 

And the service on the day was exemplary.

We felt very well looked after, and the final bill was surprisingly reasonable.
