Kelly, couldn't do enough for the family including Terry. Very professional caring and open. The sevice was handled with dignity, and all of our wishes where carried out to the letter. This made an already difficult day easier to manage. A very big thank you to all involved. I would not hesitate to recommend your services to family and friends

This was a small funeral but was organised very well and with a good amount of discretion on behalf of everyone concerned.

horses and hearse carriage looked wonderful, organisation and communication was excellent.
My Aunts funeral was a credit to the Co-Op Funeralcare of Bedworth, who’s professionalism
and attention to detail was second to none!

Other than the confusion over whether or not we could decorate the Coffin, it went perfectly. The staff in the Bedworth branch and on the day were professional, friendly & courteous and lightened a very sad & stressful day.

The care and support provided have been excellent. Nothing was too much trouble; everything we hoped would make the day a special send off, was given to us.
Marie at the office is a wonderful woman, who truly cares about people. She listened to my family, offered advice and made sure the very best service was available.
Naomi made the day run smoothly, with an impressive air of control.
Thank you for everything you all did for us. The heartache was eased by the professional, caring service delivered.

The Co-Operative Funeral Care Bedworth were absolutely wonderful when I recently contacted them when my husband died. From my initial telephone call to them (Marie) to collecting the ashes yesterday such compassion, caring and understanding were shown. On the day of the funeral Kelly and her driver showed such love and compassion towards myself and others attending the funeral. The extra care and love shown to my late husband he was with them was so heartwarming to me. Marie on my initial visit to yesterday collecting the ashes was so warm and genuine and I felt she had become a close friend. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. It certainly helped me through this very sad time and I cannot thank them all enough. An above excellent service. Thank you all. Jan Crossfield x

The staff were so sensitive and the process made easier than expected. Thanks to Marie at the Bedworth Office. Kelly from the Nuneaton Office was amazing on the day. The turn out for my husband was high and the majority were fitted in and managed by staff. The speakers outside were switched on. The flowers, service and staff were awesome. Lots of people fedback what a fantastic tribute it was to a very special man.
