My Mum had a Coop Funeral plan in place so the Coop were the natural choice. It became obvious very early that the Coop team are very professional in all they do and have all the experience and knowledge required to do their job. They guided us through every step at what was a traumatic time with dignity and respect and were extremely helpful at every stage. The funeral was carried out without a hitch at the church and the crematorium and all went very smoothly. I would personally like to thank individually our funeral director Chris and his team, on the day of the funeral. Also the receptionist at Whitley Bay, Shirley who was very helpful at all times.

This was my second family funeral using Whitley Bay Co-op funeral service. Both occasions went smoothly, the staff are friendly and always helpful. Nothing to criticise.
