Co-op Funeralcare, Washington

I cannot praise Coop Funeralcare enough for their professional caring service.
From the moment they first rang me they made me feel that everything would run smoothly and without stress and could not do enough to ensure that I was happy with all the family's wishes to ensure a perfect funeral. I received emails or phone calls to update me on any changes that I made and I was always made to feel I was aware and in control of the proceedings. A special thank you to Courtney French who was fantastic with organising everything with my mother and I.
Having to organise a funeral is a stressful and sad time and yet Coop Funeralcare made me feel calm and in control knowing my dear family member who had passed away would be given the best and most respectful farewell I could wish for. I would never choose anywhere else now.

Courtney has been extremely professional and supportive throughout. Also everyone at the funeral home have been lovely. I would also like to thank Lindsey Russell the Funeral Arranger who has been both helpful, patient and very kind in helping arrange the headstone. I cannot fault any of the staff and would like to thank all of them for making this process as painless as it can be. One last thing, every time I left a message asking either  Courtney or Lindsey to call me back they did. Thank you.

Thank you to everyone for the care and attention given in the preparation and carrying out of Mam’s Funeral. Staff behaved with dignity, kindness and respect throughout. She was cared for wonderfully in your Chapel of Rest and we were comforted to see how smart she looked in her outfit and it is exactly how she would have wanted to look.

Service provided by the Co-Op funeral care was to a high quality and standard, very good with communication and what needed to be fulfilled prior to the day.

Made fully aware of the restrictions imposed on the service due to the ongoing pandemic, but all rules and regulations applied.

Excellent company looked after ray from the undertaker coming to the house to taking him to the chapel of rest and keeping you up to date with everything the humanist service was very good and it was very professional done a well done to Claire for all her help at organising it she was a professional x

I can not thank co.op Washington, for all there did for my Nana Nancy, this comes from all the family.

Really could not expect any thing else or any better.

The respect nana had and all the family blown us away.

Down to the girls on reception there where amazing.

Hopefuly not for a long time yet but if we did need your services we would be useiny co.op Washington again.

Courtney and the team could not have been more supportive. Having never arranged a funeral before they talked us through every step, and gave my dad the funeral we wanted for him. I cannot recommend highly enough.

The service we received was excellent. With a special thanks to Alison, Sophie and Ann they could not have been better  in ensuring my mums wishes were carried out. They showed so much kindness, gentleness and empathy at this sad time. Checking in, and keeping the family informed throughout, I cannot thank them enough for looking after us especially in these unprecedented times.

Was absolutely dreading making the arrangements, however Courtney made this process a lot easier . She  directed me through the paperwork with ease , and to be honest took the weight of my shoulders . 
Communication was second to none , and delivered a very professional and beautiful service . In a situation like this you need that re assurance that everything will be ok , and allow the professionals to do their jobs . Trust me you will not be disappointed.

Alison and all the staff were very thoughtful, helpful and understanding. Made contact and guided us through the difficult process leading up to the funeral. In highly unusual circumstances (Covid), administered the funeral with great care and respect. Would highly recommend.
