Everything was first class, from my initial meeting. To communications and the emotional support. I cannot praise Gill and her team highly enough. Also the lady at the reception in Washington, she was a big help, when I came to visit Paula st the chapel of rest. Everything went off without a hitch on the day of the funeral.  I have not one negative and would like to thank them all, especially Gill. Thanks do much…❤️❤️

Craig was amazing, ensured we had exactly what we wanted and kept us updated right along the way. He was able to answer my many, many questions whenever I called and that helped hugely. I cannot thank him enough. The girls in the Washington office (especially Sonia) were fantastic, nothing was ever a problem and when we visited Maureen they were on hand to help wipe away the tears and support us all. The day went perfectly and that is mainly down to Craig and the team who made such an effort to make sure it did! We cant thank you all enough and will definitely be recommending Coop Washington in the future!

Great service from start to finish. Informative, easy to speak to and professional. Even with COVID restrictions, they managed everything well and the whole day went smoothly. Very respectful service. They were always at the other end of the phone and if they couldn’t answer there and then would always get back in touch.

Everyone has been so very supportive and patient. You made everything seem very simple and took all of the stress of planning the funeral away. There was no pressure to sell anything more expensive and it was clear everyone we dealt with was more interested in providing an excellent service. We booked the funeral on the Friday and everything was done and paid for by the following Thursday.

We have used Washington funeral services twice . The first time for my father was excellent but the second time for my mother was disappointing. However the planning of it my Cortney as excellent ,
