Excellent and compassionate service. The office staff were excellent as well as the drivers/coffin handlers. The florist used was great as was the celebrant, both arranged via the service meaning no looking around to see what was available. Cost was much lower than I expected from news and advert reports by others. Being a co-op card holder wlloI hope never to need them again, but if I do then I will certainly do so.

They took care of mam very well she was dressed lovely and looked very peaceful they took every care when they brought her home for her last couple of days which helped immensely as I had those days to say my goodbyes and voice my regrets that I didn’t say goodbye . I’m waiting for the final call off the coop to see how we are doing

The funeral director Claire made you feel special . Sonya on reception was lovely too. Nothing was too much trouble. A caring professional approach from all who made a difficult time bearable. A really lovely service from all. And Tracy Heron was so good too.

Considering the circumstances the staff were amazing. Communication was great and they ensured everything on the day went well ! I was really happy with my dads funeral I couldn’t have asked for more.

I was told I would get a call the day before the cremation, no call was received. I was also told I would receive a call the day after, to put my mind at ease that everything had gone as planned. Again no call was received and no contact has been received since.

My mam was treated with dignity and respect throughout the funeral. They were very respectful with the family especially my father who was understandably devastated. John, the celebrant really knows his business, considerate throughout the process.

From the first contact, through to the funeral and aftercare, the service was excellent. Very friendly and approachable, while also being very professional. The care and respect they show to everyone and every aspect of the procedure is second to none. We did not have to worry about anything and we were  very gently and professionally guided through every detail of the day. Every member of staff were very caring and helpful. I would definitely recommend this service.
