Yous took the time to make sure we where all ok but was done it for me when yous knocked on the door and said to Michael your family is here to see you . Absolutely first class service from first contact to eventual funeral. The personal service given to myself and all the family was a great comfort to us all, knowing my wife was given the very best of care and attention whilst in their hands.
Nothing was a problem for them in bringing all the arrangements together.

Having never planned a funeral before I had no idea what to expect.  From the lady on the first phone call who was so helpful to Leigh was so compassionate and reassuring from the start and throughout.  Her support, knowledge and excellent communication made the whole experience a smooth process as well as feeling totally individualised to our needs.  A huge thank you to Leigh and the team on the day of the funeral - my dad and I really appreciated it. The funeral director and his team were marvellous. They showed consideration, compassion and empathy when it was needed and in the correct amount. The celebrate was wonderful. Every member of the congrigation spoke highly of her and said what a beautiful service it was.

Very pleased with the service we received from the staff. Alison, Claire and Sonia were very considerate of our feelings at the loss of my brother. David and his staff could not have made the planning and day of the funeral any easier. They sourced the music we wanted and everything was of particular relevance to us as a family. They kept us informed at each step of the planning, where kind and courteous. Everyone who attended said it was a a good send off and service for our 91 year old mother. I would highly recommend them.

From start to finish, the service my family received was not excellent, but OUTSTANDING.  Claire and her team put myself and my wife Dawn at complete ease that the day would go as well as could be expected.  Having never had to go through this before, Claire  with her knowledge prepared us in the best possible way.  A great team effort, keep up the good work.
