Had the best possible care and service from all the team at the wallsend branch Karen and her team went above and beyond always met my needs and made me feel comfortable and relaxed always walked in and made welcome, I couldn’t of left my brother in better hands he was well looked after, very outstanding service, highly recommended by me and my family.

I would have to say in all honesty that Becca the Funeral Director and all of the team from Wallsend Coop Funeralcare were amazing.
 
I had absolutely no experience in these matters and from day one they took over and guided me through everything. Mam had chosen the coffin and her music as she had paid for her funeral in advance. So Initially at the meeting with Becca we discussed what extras we wanted.

On the day of Mam's funeral everything went very smoothly, Becca was there every step of the way, helping us through a very sad occasion. I also had phone calls before and after the funeral, just checking that I was OK.
 
I would like to conclude with... Thank you all very much I was very impressed, Becca and her team are not just doing a job, you can tell immediately that they are passionate about what they do. (5 Stars not enough.)

The service provided by Co-op Funeralcare, Wallsend was excellent. The Funeral Director, Richard Charlton, was exceptionally good. Richard provided all the help and guidance we needed at a very difficult time. He was professional and empathetic, and regularly contacted us to provide much needed support. All of our requests were taken on board and the service was just as the late Tom and his family wanted. The Celebrant (Carly) was very good as she guided us through the service , keeping things solemn, light and down to Earth as we'd asked her to. The whole team provided excellent service and I would highly recommend Co-op Funeralcare as a funeral provider. Please pass on our thanks to everyone who helped us to give Tom a good send off.

The service from Chris was excellent from start to finish. He kept in regular contact and any of my queries or concerns were very quickly answered. I would definitely recommend his services.
Gillian the celebrant was also very helpful and also Nicola who I spoke to on the odd occasion in the Forest Hall branch.
