From the first telephone call in contacting Joe the funeral director, the service we received as a family went above and beyond any expectation. He kept us up to date with the transfer of my brother into his care and treat my brother with dignity and care. Joe guided us through every step of the planning , he was compassionate, and nothing was too much trouble. He recommended the humanist Sarah who gave an outstanding tribute to my brother. On the day of the funeral , he and his staff ensured all aspects of the arrangements went ahead as planned . The service was so well received by everyone we spoke to. I highly recommend Manor House to look after your loved ones.

Danny and the rest of the team were amazing, and really cared for my nana and also our family. 

Unfortunately our family have lost a number of people recently and we have used Manor House each time. We would not hesitate to do so again in the future.

I could not have used a better place for my dad. The staff are unbelievable, they are caring and compassionate and looked after not only my dad but also myself and my family. Joe has a heart of gold and is one of a kind. I can't thank manor house enough for everything they have done.

I could not fault Manor House at all. The staff went above and beyond for myself and my siblings on laying my brother to rest. Danny was amazing and nothing was any problem at all. He even done things we would of never expected I also have no words for Debbie this woman done my brother proud and when she came to see us she made us feel like she had known us for years. All the staff are worth their weight in gold. No words are enough to describe how fantastic they were. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou xxxx
