The service provided by Chester Road Funeralcare was excellent right from the first phone call to them the attention by the office staff the help given by Alison Laughton the Undertaker and the way the service was delivered by the Rev Derek Newton was all a great comfort to me, thank you for all that you did.

Can't speak highly enough of them. Great service and really caring people. I realise it's part of the job but this wasn't forced or fake. Funeral went without a hitch, and a special mention for the Chapel of Rest where my mother looked at peace and almost like her old self, before a couple of months in hospital where she increasingly looked old and confused and depressed. It was a pleasure to spend a couple of hours with her each day up to the funeral. Used the Chester Road Co-op for my father and 28 years later my mother. Always good service. Always recommend them.

I was unfortunate enough to lose both parents within 11 days of each other. My funeral director Claire, was excellent from beginning to end with this, managing to achieve a joint funeral in a short space of time. Claire was on leave from her job, when my second bereavement occurred, but continued to work to bring about the desired outcome. I cannot thank her enough.
First class service in every single aspect of my parents funeral, and Claire and the drivers and other attendants looked immaculate on the day. I have no hesitation in recommending their very professional and personal service. Thank you so much
