We were grateful for the friendly and comforting service we received and were dealt with professionally and courteously throughout. All the arrangements ran smoothly on the day of the funeral and any questions we had leading up to the day were answered quickly, confidently and with care for us in mind.
It was a relief being able to give such a responsibility over to such a professional, well managed team.

When I rang the Co op at the Manchester office to arrange the cremation I was told by the gentleman on the phone that would be able to see Marcia once she at funeral home. When the funeral home rang I asked about this and was told very bluntly no. When I was ask to visit the funeral home to sign the documents and to pay I again asked if this was possible and the lady said she would ask her manager and would let me know the outcome. I am still waiting for the phone call and now it’s to late. Thank you for that, I even offered to pay for the chapel of rest and was I was told no.

The service provided by the whole team was excellent from the first telephone call on a very difficult day following the death of my father to the day of the funeral. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained easily, any questions followed up immediately and you were always kept up to date with all information. On the Day of the funeral we were very well looked after by David, he guided us through every step which was not easy while dealing with a very emotional time. Marie and Linda who looked after the administration were also a credit to the team, there customer service was excellent.

Claire Dalton is a great funeral director, pleasant and professional in her duties, taking care of any requests the family needed and making what is a very emotional, sad and challenging time that little bit easier.
My uncle Charlie I am sure would have approved.
