We were cared for and looked after by the wonderful team at Funeralcare, Chester Road from the first point of contact on the phone until after my auntie's funeral had taken place. They were warm, friendly, efficient and made a difficult time as easy as it could be in the circumstances. I could not praise them highly enough.

The support we received from Marie and Alison was excellent. From the first interaction up until we said our final goodbyes they were by our side, helping and guiding us as needed. They are both a credit to Co-op Funeral Care.

First the first call to coop Uncle Tom was treated with respect. I was constantly updated with what was happening and received courtesy call to check we as a family were ok and if we had any questions. We can’t thank the staff enough for all there care and support thank you x

Everybody was extremely helpful and cheerful which was a bonus during such a sad period. I was kept in the loop always and they could not have been more helpful despite being 321 + miles away. The day of the funeral went exactly as we wished and it was carried out by the funeral personnel beautifully.

The general work undertaken was first class, however at grave side communications between council and staff needs to be more open and graveside checked for easy access to lower coffin into grave, this should be safe for both berarers and family, a Risk Assessment on site before lifting coffin could have easily been undertaken

I was amazed at how lovely the people running this organisation were, they were exceptional. I had extra phone calls asking how I was and how things were doing. It was a very nice experience despite it being my fathers demise. Highly recommend this wonderful people.

I honestly can’t put into words how great this company is I can’t thank the girls enough from the start of organising my mothers funeral to the finish they couldn’t do enough or be more helpful they took the pressure straight off me and put me at ease and were always just a phone call away with any advice needed a special mention to Claire & Marie who were absolutely fantastic I wouldn’t have got through this tough time without there help and guidance I’ll be forever grateful

Very caring and personal with phone calls all the way checking up with family making sure we were alright and keeping us fully updated on everything and provided us with a fantastic humanist so we could concentrate on our mam's life in line to her wishes
