Everyone one was so kind, gentle and caring during this sad time in our lives.
We had the pleasure of Becca who guided us in every step, listening to everything we wanted taking care of every detail. She was so caring, compassionate and kept us fully informed. Becca would just ring sometimes just to ask how we all doing. 
The order of service books were amazing and the highest compliment I could give is my Mam would of be so please with the whole service.

The whole team at the Coop were brilliant from first contact with Karen to the final service keeping us informed the whole way through. The final change of funeral Director due to Covid was carried out seamlessly.
Our thanks go to Karen, Dani, Becky and Claire who made a sad occasion much more bearable.
Karen suggested we use the Coop for probate which was another relief for us as we were in unchartered waters.
All in all We would not hesitate in recommending the Coop or using the Coop in the future.
