From first contact with Co-op funeral care North Shields, which was at a stressful time, they were reassuring and made me feel secure that things would be taken care of. 

I found them to be helpful, caring and very professional throughout the whole process. Regular contact with updates and to check on family wellbeing was much appreciated. 

I would certainly recommend Co-op funeral care North Shields branch for outstanding service. A special thanks to Becca who took time to explain everything and was available to answer and questions we had up to and following the funeral and plans for future.

Richard was very professional and courteous also Irene was a great support to me when I needed it. The only thing that was a let down one of the limousine air conditioning was not working and on the day of the funeral it was very hot. My family that was in that car said it was very uncomfortable. That is the only criticism I have about the whole experience. Thank you Julie

Excellent careful and tender service from Coop Funeral Care, North Shields. I found all staff yo be gentle and professional with us at this difficult time. I did not have a clue what to do and was guided gently to help make decisions. Nothing was a peoblem at all. The day of the funeral was exactly like how i wanted it to be.

We would just like to say thank you to the Coop Funeral Care Team who made the death of our sister Joan so easy to cope with.
Every aspect of situation we found ourselves in was taken from us with care and dignity from the care home until the cremation.
The whole team where there to guide us though this difficult time and we cannot say more than how grateful we were for all their help.
So thank you very much from all the Anderson family and friends of Joan.

The staff at the co op cared for us real well.I knew a couple of the lasses who work there personally and they are lovely. There was some nice personal touches on the day of the funeral. The service by the celebrant was excerlent. Thank you so much.

We were all very pleased with the service from all the staff at North Shields Co op Funeral Care. Everyone was so respectful. Especially Richard, who was extremely helpful, kind and considerate at a difficult time. Richard was there to guide us and keep us informed throughout the whole process; from my Mother being taken into their care, to the funeral service at church and the cremation.  I felt my Mother had the ‘send off’ she deserved.
