What can I say. Its hard to put into words when someone has made one of the hardest moments in my life easier to cope with. My father passed unexpectedly and they were patient and kind throughout the organisation process. They kept in touch and always enquired about how myself, my brother and my mum was. They accommodated for the colour we chose and wore matching ties during the service. Nothing was a bother, even at one point when I went to see my dad in the Chapel they made sure everything was perfect. They showed so much respect to my dad I really can't be anymore greatful for everything they've done.

Very good service from Richard and all at North Shields. Everything was handled professionally and sensitively. 
Only complaint is that my initial call was routed through a national call centre. This was not what I expected and not what I wanted. Local personal service is required.

Becky and the other staff were fantastic and we felt my father was treated with respect. The team guided us through all of the arrangements and kept us fully informed. Everything ran very smoothly on the day of the funeral. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

I can honestly say that the whole. Coop funeral care team were brilliant for start to finish. Apologetic when something wasn't right but we are all human.
Thanks to Becky for her professionalism a she was brilliant all way through. Saying goodbye to a loved one is always an upsetting time but I feel they all helped us along the way. Thank you form all my family.
Only thing I would advise to do better at, is a wheelchair accessible car. Only disappointment but we got it sorted. Maybe the coop being such a large company could invest in a few for each area s it would have been nice to haveubmam with me in the car. But this is not the coop teams fault, still brilliant in every way.
