Every member of staff at North Shields showed us great respect and empathy from start to finish . 
I have the most gratitude to give to Becca , what a beautiful person who looked after us through the whole process .
It was lovely that she unexpectedly lead our cars to the funeral service . I was so taken with Becca I cuddled her at our front door and at the end of the service , a beautiful sole and does your company proud .
