Becky who seen me from start of funeral was so kind and caring she made a difficult time for me and my boys easier kept kept in touch throughout and after funeral very kind and caring a credit to the coop.reception staff were also very helpfull when we needed to go to visit in chappel.

My family and I were extremely pleased with all aspects of the care given, both in the lead up to funeral day and on the day itself. We appreciated the attention to detail in the arrangements for the funeral with check-ups and support in preparation for funeral day. Coming to view Mum laid out so beautifully at your premises was a positive experience giving us the opportunity to spend quiet, private reflection time with her. On funeral day, the cars were immaculate and staff were smart, supportive and respectful. All excellent! Thank you.

From start to finish I cannot praise highly enough the standard of care we received from North Shields funeral care.
Kirsty was so kind and considerate of our feelings and kept us informed the whole way through a very difficult process. She made what was an awful time bearable.
Once again I cannot praise Kirsty and the team highly enough.

The funeral was handled wonderfully with no problems at all very professional service throughout thankyou.

Claire at North Shields looked after my dad when he passed, she was lovely, as there was a long period from my dad passing to his burial Claire looked after him for around 3weeks.  She was amazing and nothing was too much trouble.  I spoke with her everyday and she didn’t just look after my dad she looked after me and my family aswell.  I will be forever grateful for the time and support she gave to us and for helping arrange the beautiful send off my dad had.  I miss speaking with Claire everyday now that my dads journey has came to an end. 💙
