Richard my family and I would like to thank you for the compassion and dignity you treated us with on the unexpected sudden death of my sister Joy.You made this difficult time much easier to bear, and took over all arrangements for us. From the beautiful Floral tribute you ordered for the coffin to Chris the humanist who listened to all our stories and told them perfectly. Once again our most sincere thanks on how professional and attentive you were. We would highly recommend Newcastle Family Funeral Directors.

Richard Bird was very caring and understanding with what we as a family are going through. Richard is a very professional and friendly gentleman to deal with and showed care throughout the planning of the funeral from the initial phone call in the early hours of the morning, to the end.

The music was as I wished, and the humanist, Stevie, spoke very well and also sent the service in a booklet after the funeral.

All the staff were professional, polite, and attentive to the children as they understood the children were very upset.
