This service was excellent. The funeral directors were extremely professional and yet were relaxed and genuinely caring and comforting. I felt that I could approach them both formally and informally at any time, about anything, no matter how large or small. Although welcome suggestions were made, the directors took on board all of my requests and carried them out perfectly. The process leading up to the funeral was an easy one as I was kept informed every step of the way. The funeral itself was everything that I had wished for and was carried out beautifully. What I had expected to be a very tense experience for me, turned out to be a serene and extremely memorable occasion which celebrated the life of my loved one.

I could not have been in better hands. Hazel and Anne went out of their way to make a very painful process run smoothly and efficiently, whilst retaining a wonderful sense of empathy and sympathy. They put up with my endless questions patiently. I could not recommend them highly enough. Fabulous!!!!

The staff in the office are so helpful, friendly and compassionate, they kept me informed of everything I requested. A funeral parlour that goes above and beyond. Funeral day I can only say Perfect
