We were very pleased with the arrangements made for my mam’s funeral.Alanah,who I mostly spoke to and met was very pleasant ,helpful and kept us up to date with all the arrangements.similarly Ian was excellent throughout.Communication was efficient and prompt and everything was made very easy for us.Dee made the service very special and my dad and I were highly satisfied with all aspects of the organisation.Thankyou everyone.

I was very pleased with Terry's funeral everything went perfectly and I would like to thank Kevin and his team for a wonderful professional service. He guided me every step of the way and was very respectful of the occasion. I am so glad Terry and I took out a Co-op Plan several years ago - I am certainly grateful for that. Both my mother and stepfather died in December 2022 and we asked Co-op Gosforth to arrange the joint funeral. From the beginning of our contact with them we found they were very friendly and helpful and having Kevin Phillips as our Funeral Director made the whole process much easier and less stressful. He was a great help and was wonderful at keeping in touch throughout.

Thank you for a sympathetic and tactful conduct of the whole process by Co-op Funeral care. My wife being Russian I had asked for a service which conformed to Russian Orthodox ritual, albeit much shortened. Since my wife had a number of friends and relations in Russia (Moscow and Novosibirsk) I opted to have the service live streamed so that they could be virtually present; alas, this got messed it up.

The sadness of Christine's passing is something all of us will bear. We cannot thank CO-OP Gosforth Funeral care enough. From the bottom of our hearts we are so grateful to have had them attend to us in every single wish and detail. The Celebration was beautiful and perfect in every way. They achieved this by listening to our wishes, those of Christine and how we bid her farewell were carried out impeccably. Recommending a Funeral director is not something anyone wants to have to do, but with the most thankful joy in how they helped us through the entire process we would not hesitate to suggest them if ever asked this question. Thank you to all the team. You are all angels and what you do is something most people would find extremely hard. With love, John, Nicola and Nicholas.

He helped with the organisation of all aspects of her funeral and kept in regular contact with me.

From the moment Chris Anthony entered our home everything was done with such respect,It helped me and my family greatly in coming to terms with my darling husband’s death and a loving dad and Gramps.he rested peacefully in the funeral home and everyone we came in contact with helped us enormously with our huge loss.
