The family received first class service for my Father's funeral on 13th February 2024. Alanah was warm, caring, informative, knowledgable and respectful to all of us, particularly my 93 year old Mother. We were kept informed at every stage and all our requests were met with kindness and prompt attention. Sarah was also very warm and friendly when we visited the funeral home. These two ladies are an asset to the company and I would have no hesitation in recommending Co op Funeral care Gosforth. Thank you.

All the staff were so caring and kind. Everything went without a hitch.... and we felt supported throughout. can't see how it could possibly have been better .... including sweets and a little chat with Sarah after I visited my mother in the chapel of rest. Thank you Sarah!

Never had to organize a funeral but the staff went above and beyond and always checked everything was ok. Gary and Alanah were just perfect at helping with this dad time. Even after when I needed invoices sent nothing was a problem.

From start to finish Alanah our funeral director was absolutely fantastic. She guided us through everything and kept in contact with us and even after the funeral asking if there was anything else she could help with any questions she could answer.
