Everything possible that had to be taken care of, the Co-op saw to it. From beginning to end everything was first class. All the staff, from the beginning of this experience to the final end, were the best. 

Everyone was so understanding at this awful time and so kind. My heartfelt thanks to them all.

Great service at a stressful time. It was very nice that there was no hard sell so we got just what we'd wanted for our Father.

We were kept well informed all the way.

I've just received his ashes and they're in a nice sturdy urn-shaped container. His ashes are to be scattered so we hadn't even thought about it so it's nice that it's turned out to be of a decent quality.

The "courier" who has just delivered his ashes is obviously one of their employees and not just a standard delivery company. It was a nice touch of respect that even he was dressed in a dress shirt and pants, too hot for a jacket.

I felt from the first moment I called the coop funeral care about my mams passing they treated me like a family member Gary MGee was my right man all the was through, Dianne and Petra from the Westerhope branch comforted me and my family again all the way through 
even after the service and now 2 weeks later they still care with a call to ask how I was doing the  arranging of a cremation burial plot 
I can not say enough in this review that will give these guys justice 
so I will thank them all from the bottom my heart what a great Team

The Co op Funeral Care in Westerhope have gone out of their way to ensure that my husband's funeral was exactly what we hoped for. Throughout, the whole team have been extremely supportive not only in the organising of the funeral but also supporting myself and my family during this difficult period. I have called upon the Co op Funeral care on three occasions(twice in Nottingham) and they have always surpassed my expectations.
