Everyone has been so helpful and understanding. They looked after my Mum really well and she looked lovely. The day of the funeral, although very sad was wonderful and went smoothly, without any problems. Thank you to all the staff involved, I really, really appreciated it.

From the initial contact until after the funeral the service provided was exceptional. Professional caring staff. Our initial contact at a very emotional time was made easier with the absolute caring nature of the young lady who attended just after the passing of my mother. From then on the attention to detail in such a caring way was second to none. Gary ensured that everything was perfect and guided us through all the processes excellently. I was so impressed with the celebrant he chose - he could not have chosen a more perfect person to perform the service. The staff in the office and chapel of rest were all so lovely and caring. All in all we could not have been more looked after at this traumatic time. I can’t thank Gary and his colleagues enough. Over and above what I would have expected.

I would highly recommend the services of the Westerhope Co-op
Funeralcare. The process of arranging a funeral is stressful, but I was supported by Gary and his team, to achieve a funeral that was personalised for my friend. Everyone went above and beyond my expectations. The celebrant, Simon, wrote a beautiful tribute which really captured my friend's life experiences and how he tried to overcome personal issues to live as positively as he could. Thanks to everyone for creating a beautiful funeral,and caring about a man with no relatives, but with many friends.

We were very upset and very worried when we found there was no life insurance but we met Gary mcgee from Co op and he was fabulous . Put us at ease straight away , he was very easy to talk to and the arrangements made easily .
The lady called Petra who works there too was amazing . Very kind and very easy to talk to . We would definitely use them again if we needed to . Hassle free and very caring . Your in good hands .
