A first-class service from the Co-op team for what was a sad occasion for our family.

The first contact with Petra on the phone and first meeting with Becca gave us a lot of confidence that we had a team who understood what we were going through and who were going to help us through this difficult time.

Becca spent time with us going through the process and the things we had to do to make it as painless for us as possible. She was professional, empathetic, and made us feel reassured that we were in good hands.

Over the period of two weeks from the initial contact to the day of the funeral Becca kept us informed of what was happening, when it would happen and what we needed to do. At all times her contact with us was caring, thoughtful and most importantly she did what she promised to do.

Prior to the funeral Becca ran us through the timings of the day which helped us prepare for the funeral service.

On the day Becca and her team arrived as scheduled and introduced us to Neil the driver who took us to the crematorium. He was also very respectful and empathetic on our journey to the funeral service and the wake.

A day after the funeral Becca called to check on how we were doing which was a lovely and unexpected.

Becca was excellent and well supported by Petra, Neil and the rest of the team.

Gary and Petra were a great help with my mother's funeral. No pushy sales or upselling just very helpful and friendly. They did my Dad's funeral 15 years ago and they handled everything really well, Good to know they are still just as good now.

Couldn’t fault the service but the flowers let the whole thing down . It was a 3rd party  fault that caused the mix up but you can’t re-do a funeral. The coop how ever did an exceptional job and mam would or loved it

The service I received from the Co-op at Westerhope was to put it mildly --
MAGNIFICENT - This is a very professional outfit- the staff were very understanding and compassionate.
Petra was a great help to us in every way as was Gary in this very difficult journey.
I cannot thank Richard Charlton enough for the very compassioate and loving way he conducted Eileen's funeral, and the lead up to it also, with the various phone calls and support!
So all I can say is thank you very much to everyone from our family, and may God bless you all for everything that you did for us!!
