Very happy with the care and attention to detail, support and standard of dignity given to assist us as a family with everything associated with my mams passing, during this very painful time, we received great caring help with the difficult funeral arrangements that are required. The funeral itself went as perfectly as it possibly could. and this is down to the great staff, and our appreciation goes especially to Gary, even though he was poorly himself, he still put himself out to keep in touch and caring for us, making sure all was well and re-assuring us that arrangements were all in place. We couldn’t have asked more of the service received. 

The service felt very personal and our family and late dad were looked after so well. 

Richard and Petra checked in regularly to make sure we were ok and we were also allocated an amazing celebrant in Simon. I also know there are many other people to acknowledge such as the chauffeurs on the day, but others that aren’t seen. 

Absolutely flawless service at such a difficult time.

Everyone at Co-Op funeral care went above and beyond to ensure our much loved Dad & Granda was treat with so much love and respect. Alanah, Petra & Dale also ensured the full family received so much love and care too. Down to every last detail which was so important to us, the beautiful doves, the moving service and the endless cups of tea. Steph too ensured our Dad's final journey took him on a route which held precious memories. Also thank you to the driver in the following limousine. We will be forever grateful for the the love, support and kindness shown. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
