We cannot fault the service provided by Ian Richardson at Benwell Hse. He was very professional and supportive and kept us informed every step of the way. We had a long wait for Dads funeral over Christmas but he was regularly in touch regarding the arrangments, song choices, photos etc. We feel we were very well looked after by him and other members of staff they always showed understanding of our concerns and feelings during this time.

From the very first phone call to Benwell House I was impressed. Then on meeting Ian on the day after Dad passed away my Mum, sisters and I felt that we were in very capable and safe hands. Everyone we dealt with was so caring, sympathetic and helpful, taking away the stress of arranging everything. They took care of and spoke of Dad in a way that was very reassuring to us. We couldn’t have asked for better.
