Fabulous service from start to finish. The whole process was dignified, friendly and professional with no hitches. Our funeral director Rebecca was amazing so helpful and ensured all went well on the day. Very good communication throughout.
The Forest Hall branch ladies were lovely and attentive . Recommend unreservedly.

Thank you very much for the service you provided. The staff member was kind, patient, efficient and professional. She explained everything carefully, checking that we understood and followed up with ‘phone calls when she had additional information. She did everything she said that she would and kept us fully informed throughout. 
Making these arrangements is not the easiest thing to do but the staff member made the process as easy as she could. Thank you.

I would recommend co-op funeral care to anyone, they were professional and caring from the beginning I walked through the door, they kept me informed about everything through out, even just a call to see if I was alright. The funeral itself was carried out with dignity again the undertaker making sure I knew what was happening and even at the end when dropping me off at the wake they still asked if there was anything more I would like. I was so impressed I am going to book my funeral with them soon, as I know my family will be well looked after
