The service we received from Co-op funeral care was exemplary. Becky and her colleagues went above and beyond to give my lovely sister the pink and sparkly send off she deserved. Every part of the big day went like clockwork and changed a sad day into a sweet memory . We especially appreciated Becky's pink sparkly shoes what a wonderful touch. Thank you all so much 🌈

The funeral of my husband Keith Bacon was everything I wanted for him.
It was conducted with care and compassion.
From the wonderful funeral director Rebecca,the caring girls in reception and the drivers of the courtage everything was perfect.
It helped a very hard day be a little bit easier to cope with knowing that these people were there to guide me through.

The service provided was very dignified and carried out with extreme care. A special mention of Rebecca Hebron,the funeral director at your Forest Hall Newcastle branch.  She was so supportive, kind and caring. I was contacted by her every few days before the funeral, and again a few days after the funeral to see if we were okay and if we needed anything. I couldn’t thank her enough.

I arranged a direct funeral with Sharon and Mary in Co-op Funeralcare, Forest Hall. From the initial walking in, to the phone call after the cremation everything was handled efficiently and with care. All the paperwork was dealt with quickly and painlessly and they told me where and how the cremation would be carried out. I received phone calls from them before and after the day of the cremation. Everything was done with respect and the appropriate balance of friendliness and formality

Although arranging a funeral for a parent is always going to be difficult, the team at the Co-op made it as easy as possible for us and made sure that we were kept informed at all times of how the arrangements were going. Special thanks to Chris the undertaker and Gill the celebrant who dealt with everything perfectly. Mam would have been very proud of how everyone involved dealt with her and I'm sure that the butterfly that appeared after her funeral was there to say thank you for setting her free.

Everything went smoothly. The only issue was the car coming back home from the Crem, it was very hot. The kids also questioned why you didn't use St Lawrence's lane
