The team were excellent. Very kind, caring and helpful making a difficult time less stressful. Every communication over the telephone was followed up by an email so we were always aware of timescales. Nichola Linsey in particular was wonderful. I would definitely recommend the team in Jarrow.

Any anxiety I felt about arranging my mother’s funeral were removed when I met Gill, the funeral director.  She explained the whole procedure in a warm and sympathetic way, helping me through the many decisions that had to be made.  
On the day Craig guided the funeral party with great understanding and care.

As a family we would never be able to express our sincere thanks to the coop funeral care for all their support at such a difficult time. Gill was absolutely amazing she went above and beyond to make sure our mam got the send off she deserved and that was all down to Gill. Each time we visited the branch with a query we were always met with such a warm welcome and nothing was to much trouble which gave us all great comfort I would highly recommend Gill and her team at the coop they really did make such a difficult experience a lot more bearable and without their guidance and support we could not have got through it and for that as a family we will be forever grateful.
