Claire put my mind at ease and guided me through each step of what I needed to do to arrange
Mary’s funeral. I had the sole responsibility of making the arrangements and initially felt a little overwhelmed however I soon felt fully supported after speaking to Claire and all the the lovely staff I met at the Windy Nook branch. Thank you for being so kind, helpful and respectful.
