Exemplary service and support from Sandra the funeral director and her colleagues from first contact by myself up to and including when I collected my mother’s ashes today from Coop Funeralcare in Blaydon. After a detailed phone call and details submitted by email they still didn’t get back to me and blamed IT issues which strangely disappeared immediately after my 3d phone call… still the paperwork they submitted contained spelling mistakes. I received a receipt via post to confirm my payment. I now received a second receipt via post in a completely open unsealed envelope. Total lack of care. Still no ashes back…

From the very first phone call to the day itself and the follow up call about dad’s ashes being taken to Mounsett to be placed in the same section as mam’s, fantastic, couldn’t fault any of the process.

A huge thank you to Julie, Sandra, Sandra and Katherine along with those behind the scenes that I don’t know the names of, to the pall bearers and Father Jonathan Rose and everyone else who took part in preparation for the service, I truly appreciate your kindness and compassion.

we were very pleased with how they dealt with my brothers funeral all fantastic,only issue we had was we felt we were rushed soon as we stepped out the church told please get in the cars to go to crematorium say goodbyes there ,now most people didn't go there only the church ,family members we didn't even speak to,same at the crematorium told to move as next 1 was coming in ...understand its busy other family members have said the same....
