Co-op at Blaydon Funeralcare did an excellent job of care. They followed our late mother's funeral plan to the letter. We, the family were very impressed with the undertaker and the staff in the funeral home. They handled a lot of the administration. They left us information regarding the Minister who would be taking the service. We met the Minister and the florist in charge of the floral tributes. As the day of the funeral came we were called up ensuring we were well. Our mother was visited on occasions, we were never denied visits.
We were afforded a very professional and personal service from the Co-op Funeralcare at Blaydon.

We’d leave more stars if we could. Nikki and the whole team were beyond friendly and so supportive and caring through such a difficult time for the entire family. They took an enormous amount of pressure off the funeral planning section and made the day such a great one that held Colin in a beautiful light. They supported the whole family during the chapel of rest services and always provided a shoulder to cry on. They made sure that every tiny detail that we wanted included was met and exceeded. We truly can never thank them enough for being so amazing over the past few weeks. A credit to the service and we’d recommend to anyone.

Nikki who organised dads funeral was very helpful and considerate. She made sure we had the exact music we’d asked for and that everything else was as we wanted it. We felt we were looked after before during and after service.

We were supported by Nikki and From first meeting to organise the cremation to the service on the day. Every thing was exceptional. Nikki attention to detail, guidance and expertise made this very sad time and upsetting task more manageable. She was empathetic and understanding. She Was always there in person or on the phone when we needed her. On the day every thing was perfect, first class. The whole team were polite and courteous and immaculate in their attire. Gail the celebrants speech was on point! And truly reflected my brothers life.

Co- op funeralcare in Blaydon took really good care of our family when my mum passed. They were kind, caring and extremely helpful, we honestly couldn’t have had a better experience in such sad circumstances. The service was perfect and exactly what my mum wanted.
