Emma and the team at knaphill are excellent, they made the most difficult and upsetting time of my life, losing my mum, bearable. The care and empathy they showed and shared with myself and father was first class.
The services that were offered to us were excellent.

Knaphillfuneralcare wasn’t the branch I intended to use for my mother’s funeral.The local branch closed due to Covid-19. 
I found Emma very supportive, patient and knowledgeable which helped me through the process. The celebrant  -Eileen, who Emma suggested was brilliant and again eased my nerves and stress and also Joyce the funeral director on the day was fantastic, relaxed and patient which helped me immensely.
 I would definitely recommend this team . The aftercare was lovely too with Joyce calling to check up how I was which was nice. Thank you to all of them for making an extremely difficult situation easier to deal with

I cannot rate Emma or Simon highly enough. The love and care they have shown my mother & family is amazing . They thought about every detail and on the day they were so kind & caring of Dad . In addition Mum , who was very upset.
