I cannot speak to highly of the service that I received from the staff at your Knaphill branch.
Emma showed sympathy when required and professionalism when need and was very knowledgeable when answering all of our questions.
The journey from our house to Clandon went smoothly and with dignity as did the departure of my wife at the graveside.

Knaphill Funeralcare were very supportive during a difficult time when my mother passed away recently.
From the beginning I felt met with care and consideration and all was taken care of, so I did not need to worry about any of the arrangements.
On the funeral day itself everything went smoothly and the funeral director was very pleasant and always at hand with any questions.

What can I say about Emma at Co-op Knaphill, Emma was brilliant, she went above and beyond to help me in organising my dads funeral. From emailing me at any time of the day when I had a panic about things, to just being super efficient at her job and the whole process, which I knew nothing about!
Emma is fantastic. I felt like I created a relationship with her in the short time we worked together and that she showed me, my brothers and most of all my dad the upmost respect.
Arranging chapel visits, advising appropriately, I never felt like I was having a service sold to me, finances where handled almost as a last point of call making sure that the sensitivity and delicate nature of the service that was provided was always the most important part of it.
I can't thank her enough. She should be recognised for her level of care to her customers.

Joyce.
Joyce is equally as brilliant. Her forthright and totally honest approach to her role is not only reassuring at such an important time, but really quite nice. Joyce makes you feel looked after when you are in a delicate state.
Her respect shown to my dad during our last drive was lovely and the phone calls she put into me before and after the funeral were so important to me.

Paul Van Essen.
Paul was a perfect match for us, again another gold star to Emma, after hearing our story she knew instantly Paul would be right for us.
Dad would have liked Paul, and they had something in common, both loving Australia. Paul made our service feel really at ease, un-rushed and something I will never forget and I know I can speak for the rest of my family on that too.

Overall the experience was as good as it could have been, not something you ever want to do, but when the time comes, you can only hope you get to honour your loved one in the best way possible, and I really feel like that's what we did.

Knaphill Funeralcare took care of the funerals for both my parents.

Emma from the office communicated really well, with all the details leading up to both funerals.
Joyce, who was there on the day, is lovely and very respectful.
The whole team treated my loved ones with dignity and respect.
