Whilst no one ever really wants to repeatedly meet a funeral directors, it's a pleasure to have Joyce guide and support you.10/10 would recommend. Would like to not see her for a little while though.

Teresa's calm, caring and sensitive service helped make what is an inevitably difficult time so much easier. Always immediately available to answer queries and soothe anxieties and very sensitive to the family dynamics. Mum's funeral was the final farewell I had hoped for. Thanks must also go to Joyce for her steady organised influence on the day and her thoughtful idea of some very appropriate pictures for my daughter who unfortunately couldn't be with us to say goodbye to her grandma. Thankyou both, I couldn't recommend you highly enough.

Teresa put us at ease the moment we walked through the door. She explained everything and advised us where necessary. Her calm and empathetic nature made a difficult time less stressful and she made my autistic daughter feel part of all the arrangements. The chapel of rest was very calm and comforting and there was no pressure on time spent there. Joyce who attended the funeral was marvellous, very attentive making sure we knew exactly what was going on and so respectful with my husband’s coffin. We really appreciated their combined effort.

I cannot speak highly enough of the sensitive way that the funeral director at Woking Coop care , Joyce Collier, handled my husband( Charles Harrison)’s service both at St Mary’s church and at Guildford Crematorium. . Joyce was incredibly compassionate throughout from the moment I phoned her from Tenerife where my husband had died, to the fine detail of the services themselves … informing me every step of the way of how it all would work. 

Put simply … she was outstanding.

From start to finish I had excellent service. Teresa in the office was great every little detail was explained with great care and respect. Michelle and Dean picking her up after her passing. Looking after my mum till the funeral collecting her ashes which are still being looked after till we collect them,Joyce at the funeral, Karen who did the life celebration every thing was perfect. Thankyou to all of you for the love and respect you gave to my mum and my brother and myself.

I would like to thank Teresa and Joyce very much for making  my this hole experience the best it could possibly be they were both very caring to not only myself but my my mother they looked after her with the up most respect and its the small things like Teresa taking note when I said mum loved daffodils 🌼 and next time I went to see her she had charged  the flower in the room where mum was to daffodils thease to lady’s are amazing at there job and will be recommending them and the company to anyone that needs there services
