This was unfortunately the second funeral I had to arrange within 2 years. Both were dealt with by Coop funeral care Woking in a highly professional and caring way for a reasonable price. Joyce was excellent on both occasions.

We were gently guided through the whole process by Joyce who took away any stresses we may have found ourselves under.

The funeral went fully to plan and really reflected mum and the order of service was beautiful.

I can highly recommend the service we received from Joyce from beginning to end. Everything was organised beautifully, with great respect, dignity and understanding.  She was available at all times to respond to any queries and gave very helpful advice.  It was a joy to have someone so efficient and positive dealing with everything during such a sad and sensitive time for the family.  She just made everything so easy and took a huge weight off our shoulders.  We also very much welcomed and appreciated her uplifting sense of humour during a time which is already too sad and serious.
