The overall service from Coop was very good - I particularly recommend the Webcast service for people who can't attend on the day and to watch the service again as it all goes so quickly.

Horribly inept, negligent and unprofessional people and service. Twice the GP made an appointment to view the body, by pre-arranged appointment, and BOTH TIMES the business was closed and there was nobody there to meet him. What a dreadful waste of a GP's time! Then the funeral home lost the body which was moved on multiple occasions (why???!). The cremated remains were finally located 1.5 hours/two counties away. I have zero confidence that these are indeed the ashes of my loved one. Do you have any idea how that feels?
