All staff supported us well and were sympathetic.  We received all the information we needed. The day of the funeral went very well.  We were aware of staffing shortages at the branch office and were disappointed not to have the coffin of our choice.  Thank you for all that you did for us at a significant moment in our lives.

Found them difficult to get hold of, always had to leave voicemail, or directed to central office who could only take a message.
Coffin flowers were ordered but not provided, very disappointing

Missed the personal service that we expected from a funeral director. With the premises lack of opening hours we could not make contact when we needed to. We tried to make contact by telephone and without exaggerating it was practically impossible to speak to a member of staff.

There was a delay in booking a funeral day because everyone had gone of anual leave. We had to wait for a long time to bury our loved one. Otherwise everything went wonderfully well and they were very nice and efficient.

My Dad had pre paid for the very basic funeral. We were treated with respect and curtesy at all times, never made to feel like cheap skates! The celebrant John was excellent, really helpful and thoughtful. I would definitely use them again, in the unfortunate circumstances of needing a funeral director any time soon.

I liaised with both Sharyn and Mark whilst arranging my father's funeral. Both were compassionate and professional and guided me through the process. Sharyn was particularly helpful as we struggled to find a suitable date for the Service. At the crematorium, the under takers were professional and efficient. All staff even lady who can to help on day of funeral, were all respectful and caring , no question went un answered. I was kept informed all of the time and able to phone when I wanted . Very compassionate towards my husband who went to see his father on the day of the funeral .
