I want to say that Stonemans service was superb, from the moment Sharon opened the door to welcome us, the numerous cups of coffee she made and Emma's sublime kindness and understanding. Stoneman’s were amazing in helping us arrange a beautiful send-off for our mum. Grace and the team were so kind and supportive, making a difficult time much easier. Grace took the time to advise us, and her recommendations for the flowers and catering were perfect. The casket was exactly what we wanted, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Being able to have both the service and the celebration at Stoneman’s was perfect for what we wanted, making the day run smoothly. The setting and how well everything was handled made all the difference. We’re so grateful for their care and compassion – highly recommend.

I have no hesitation in recommending Stoneman Funeral Service for the help and advice they provided to me and the total respect with which they cared for my wife after her sad passing. Grace at Stoneman's in Redhill was caring, compassionate, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, patient, professional, respectful.
Grace helped me deal with all that was necessary, without any haste, obligation, or pressure.
Any communication was dealt with in a timely manner.
I was kept up to date throughout.
On the day itself, Grace and Will were the epitome of professional.
I was made to feel that I was supported throughout from my initial visit until now, and not alone.
Even after the funeral itself, I was reassured by an 'open door' feeling that I could still contact Grace if needed.

They were kind, gentle, considerate, knowledgeable, supportive, and understanding.
I cannot thank them enough for guiding me through the process without pressuring me for additional sales or anything like that.

Emma, who looked after us, was kind, efficient and very clearly well qualified to do her job . She made sure we were comfortable with the decisions that needed making and clarified anything that we needed to understand.
The funeral itself was conducted reverently and everything was made clear as we went along.

The service was wonderful and respectful from start to finish.  Mollie met with us for our first appointment to ask exactly how we would like the service to go, coffin selection, Celebrant choice, etc, and we were not rushed.  The organisation of our funeral was then handled by Grace, who was thorough and organised the route of the hearse and limos which enabled family to be collected en route and for us to drive by the care home that my Dad had been in, enabling staff members to come out and pay their respects.  Thank you so much to the drivers and funeral director on the day, they were kind and thoughtful in what I imagine is not the easiest of jobs.  Many thanks to you all.

Absolute FIRST CLASS Service, from the passing of my mother in her

Nursing Home to her Funeral.

Emma is a credit to Stoneman's so accomodating in every aspect,

communication by return, due to family needing to attend "Grandma's" Funeral

from Australia we required a specific date, Emma went out of her way to arrange

this with the Crematorium which was an absolute relief to the family, arranged

the Webcast for those who were unable to attend & sort the Obituaries Page for

donations.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Stoneman's for their excellent

service and would highly recommend in every aspect for taking care of a Funeral

Stoneman led us gently through the process of planning Mum's funeral, liaising with crematorium and church, and helping us to make the necessary decisions. They were extremely efficient in producing the draft order of service as soon as they had all the information from us. On the day, everything went gently and smoothly and the staff were a great support, making sure we knew what to do at each point of the proceedings, and taking care of the practicalities.
