Antonella was my first point of contact to guide myself and my family through the process of what is one of the hardest and saddest times a family can go through and I cannot thank her enough for all the care, empathy and time she gave us and making the whole ordeal bearable to cope with.  Freddie was also instrumental prior and at the funeral & explaining to use and helping on the day.  We cannot recommend their services enough.

I was very pleased and impressed with Antonella. She was both caring and efficient, and made a very difficult time for my family run as smoothly as possible. She was always available whenever we had any questions, and phoned us several times to keep us updated and check we were okay.
